Third Party Assessments

Liverpool City Council have utilised Coopers to provide third party assessment of planning reports, which have comprised major commercial and  residential developments, wind farm developments and industrial complexes.  We have also provided a mediation service for the Council to assess the most efficient way forward on projects being audited.  When working with the Local Authority, Coopers remain independent and unbiased in all cases.
