Pre-Purchase Site Evaluation

Coopers will review sites pre-purchase for developers to determine the scope of works anticipated for the site, and assess the quality of the reports provided by the vendor.  Coopers have frequently noted inconsistencies within received reports, which have saved our clients substantial costs and potential liabilities.
